Who are we?

Applied Materials Toastmasters is an award-winning Toastmasters club (est. 1982) based in Applied Materials, Santa Clara, CA. We provide a friendly & supportive environment where you can improve your public speaking skills by delivering speeches in front of an audience & getting immediate feedback from evaluators. Our members include a good mix of veteran and novice speakers and membership is open to everyone (not just Applied Materials employees).

What is Toastmasters? How can it help me?

Toastmasters International (est. 1932) is a world-wide non-profit organization (~210,000 members in ~11,000 clubs in ~90 countries) that helps its members improve their communication & leadership skills.

Toastmasters can help you:

  • Deliver great presentations
  • Give & receive constructive feedback
  • Become a better listener
  • Easily lead teams and conduct meetings

We meet every Wednesday between 12:00 - 1:00 PM at the following location:
